Your process doesn't get water on the legs of furniture. Carpets dry faster than with other companies' processes.

Technician was very professional and polite, concerned about doing a good job. The only reservation I had is that most of the dirt spots on our stairs did not fully come out.

Your personnel, like David, are prompt, courteous and totally professional. We know that our carpets, wood floors and tile will be thoroughly cleaned with "zero" chemical smell or residue. I was told that your service would neutralize pet oders. When i went into the condo yesterday it smelled as bad as the before. The carpet looks clean but the smell is awful. After spending 186.00 i expected better
