The technician was prompt and courteous. He arrived about 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled window, but we were ready and appreciated him being on time. He explained the Zerorez rug cleaning process, including the application of a product that would keep our carpets cleaner for a extended period of time. He was not pushy in trying to sell us something we did not want. He told us it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour and he was ready to leave within that time.
I would appreciate a business card or a flyer that I could save so I could recommend you to friends and neighbors.
Not all of the carpet was cleaned. Some stains were not removed . I had to remove the stain on the stairs
