The work being performed by your representative was handled in a very professional way.
It was a beautiful job. He couldn't believe that the white carpets were 23 years old and still looked good. The Family room looked great as did the living and dining area. The only thing peculiar was that a one foot area of the family room showed a light brown patch the next morning, but it looked great after he did it. Not sure what happened there, but seems like something wicked up through the fiber from below. But it will be covered by a couch. The tile looks great.
They are environmentally friendly. The house smelled wonderful after the rugs and furniture were cleaned. There was no chemical odor.
Respectful, courteous technicians, quick & efficient service, no residue left on carpets.

The gentleman who came to do our tile cleaning and sealing is terrific. He also cleaned our carpets last year. He is professional, courteous and neat.
It was easy to schedule service, the technician came exactly on time and nicely explained how the process worked. It took him about an hour to get our three story town house complete and the smell was fresh and pleasant afterwards. A great quality of services.

The tech didn't clean the master bedroom closet even though I had everything pulled out of it and it was vacuumed. Also there is a residue that smells, right by the door in one of the kids rooms. As if it was complete.
