I like the fact that you do not use a detergent. I thought the technician who cleaned our carpet was excellent - thorough, knowledgable, and polite. He did an excellent job.
Great service, quick, friendly and informative. Products left my house smelling fresh and clean and there was not a chemical smell.

We loved the fact that you didn’t have to use our water to clean our carpet. Our serviceman David was wonderful, prompt and precise with when he said he would be done and was very, very courteous, a pure pleasure doing business with him. They cleaned the tiles with no smell.
There was some drops of blood on the bedroom carpet and they didn't completely come out. We thought they did, but showed up again when the carpet dried. Also.....there is a "sippy cup" stain on the sofa that would not come out. I would actually like to have someone come back and try to remove the blood again.
The technician did what they said hewould. He was very nice and the old stains came out.

Carpets looks awesome. Rooms smell good, I like the clean citrus scent, smells like fresh cut orange and lemon, and fades into just a clean room. Dries quickly and stays clean for a long time, not like some that seem clean at first then seem to attract dirt, like the carpet has a sticky residue. I have had several different people from Zerorez and never been disappointed. I recommend your company to all my neighbors and friends, without hesitation. Also like the email with cleaning tips.
