Timeliness and professionalism
Carpet looks brand new!
Excellent technicians. Arrived on time, did great job.
Prompt scheduling. Tech called as promised and arrived promptly. Very personable young man. Explained process and answered questions. Knowledgeable of process. Carpet dried quickly. Reasonable charges.
Revisit the minimum job amount due to clients in the Yulee, Florida area. It is not as cost effective when you have to add more cleaning work than you wanted to meet the minimum job requirement. No card or magnet left for future reference/recommendation...with an e-mail receipt it really leaves no convenient way to keep Zerorez in records for future needs.
Thorough service - down to placing a dryer to help expedite the drying process. The product you use has a great clean/fresh scent.
The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. There were several stains that were completely removed and the entire carpet looks excellent.

I like the fact they use no detergent clean the carpets. Their techs are always friendly, explains the details and do a thorough job. They also wear shoe protectors, set-up corner protectors for the walls and are friendly to my pets. Always a good job.

Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the results. Our capeting looks 100 percent better . I will definitely use the services of Zerorez again.

David and Chris came out and cleaned our entryway and kitchen floor, and it looks really clean compared to how it did look. They were very professional, and nice. Another David came out last Friday and did a great job on our carpet. He was very nice also. I will definitely use them again.
Loved the outcome of my area rugs, however when we placed the order we also wanted a Leather Chair done and possible coach, but the Tec did not have the equipment to even to that when he came. If we want that done now we would need to reschedule.

It really cleans things nicely.
Well, after the staircase and rugs in several rooms were completed, it took me several days before I noticed steam stains on the staircase wall. I will need to get the entire wall repainted, which, naturally I did not plan on. I doubt that you can do anything about it.
