I was very impressed with the professionalism of the tech. He went through the rooms noting stains and pre-planning his approach to our older carpets. He demonstrated the protective products clearly. He did an excellent job on our carpets. They are cleaner and fresher than I could have hoped for. If we need to do the carpets again in the future...we'll be calling for Malo.

The stains on the carpet were not removed by your process. If that was a real possibility , I wish I would have been told that. I paid to have the carpet cleaned and what I am left with is not a lot better than what I started out with.

You weren't honest with me, I asked and waited to schedule for a certain cleaner and you never notified me you were sending someone else . He was very kind but not the cleaner or as good as who I requested. I didn't change my appt , but you changed my cleaner!!! I didn't appreciate you pulling one over on me!!! You agreed to send who I requested, I didn't make you do that!!!!! It won't happen again!
