It has only been 2 days since my carpets were cleaned. I was very pleased with the gentleman (Brian) who came to do the job. My carpets look good now, but the test will be how they look in a week or so. Hopefully, the deep cleaning your service provides will keep my carpets clean looking for a long time.

The agent arrived on time, was thorough in his assessment, worked speedily but carefully, and at the end, pointed out any misgivings he might have had. The carpets looked great, and the throw rug cleaner and brighter. It was not the first time we have used you and we will no doubt use you again.

No heavy chemical smell from the cleaner, and the carpets look great! Also, they dried quickly with no "wet dog" smell. I've used Zerorez for my house before, and referred them to the company I work for - we're all happy with the results!
