Your process did not clean the carpets.
David is very professional and courteous. He was very helpful in explaining the process. He also provided additional pet treatment and explained what the chemicals did to deodorize. When I returned to the condo the next day, the carpets were dry and looked great. I'm very happy with your service. The only thing that I would criticize is that I was not told that there would be an additional charge for being on the third floor when I was making the appointment.
Drying time took 12-14 hours instead of 6-8.

The accommodating and very courteous people I spoke to. All very nice and knowledgeable. The technician, Malo was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained in detail many issues I did not know about cleaning process. He was thorough, neat and efficient.
I like that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean grout and the orange citrus smells so good and clean!

Technicians are knowledgeable about their products. Very friendly and professional. Ben Willis was our technician this time. He did a great job cleaning our carpets.
Dave, my technician, arrived exactly on time with all the necessary equipment. He performed the required measurements and communicated with the home office to secure additional discounts based on the revised scope of the job. Finally, he was very thorough and careful in the cleaning process and went over the billing in detail at the completion of the assignment. All in all, a top quality performance!
I would not say we are disappointed. Just not impressed. The technician that came out was super nice and he did a great job. We are pleased with the carpet cleaning. We did go ahead with the grout cleaning and sealant in our kitchen and that is where we are a little less than satisfied. It doesn't look any different than it did before we had it done. But again, the tech was super nice and very professional. He did a great job. Just not sure we would recommend any one to have their grout cleaned or sealed.

Great price and very professional
The technician wored too fast and did not seem to work on any spotting that thethe carlet had. He did over 1000 sq ft in under 40 minutes. Having had zero rez last year with a different technician I was far less than satisfied.
