Service tech was on time and very professional. They did a great job. They call ahead like they say they're going to, they call after The job to make sure it was done right and professional just like they say they would. It's nice to have a company that does what they say they're going to an art full of a bunch of loops and surprises

I liked the email I received days before the appointment telling me what to expect, and what preparations to make. I liked getting the call from the technician telling me he was on the way and giving me an ETA. I really liked the effectiveness of the Zerorez cleaning process. This has been the best upholstery cleaning experience we have ever experienced.

Our floors, both carpets and tile look so great and dry after cleaning. The stains do NOT re-appear a few hours but not even most importantly days after cleaning the carpets as they have with other carpet cleaners. You can't ask for the caulk lines on your tile floors to look any newer after cleaning and sealing. The technicians from Zerorez are very friendly and VERY knowledgeable about their products and your floors but the MOST important thing is it is SAFE materials being used and not anything that can harm my pets nor my grandchildren if they get on the carpet while still damp. Our technician was superb from the time he knocked on our door. Thank you Zerorez.

Prep email that you sent required more furniture movement than previous companies I've used
I had protected put on area rugs. Tech should have cleaned up overspray or put paper around edges prior to spray that could have been tossed. I had to mop around all edges.
