It all looks great! Only negative is dirty water got sprayed all over my vehicle so I had to wash my car.

Our technician was wonderful. The people in the office on the phone were delightful. The reason the above is an 8 is because our appointment that was scheduled from 8:30-9 was changed without notice to 11-2. This changed our day drastically. We only found out when we called after 9 when the technician was late according to the appointment we made. The carpets look amazing and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful.

The young man who serviced our townhouse was extremely knowledgeable on his team's capabilities as well as the competition. He was friendly, thorough and provided assistance outside of the standard expectations. I am glad we chose zerorez to address our house. (I believe his name was Auman, he was amazing!)

I thought more furniture would have been removed and the carpet would have been cleaner. They did ok.
