You weren't honest with me, I asked and waited to schedule for a certain cleaner and you never notified me you were sending someone else . He was very kind but not the cleaner or as good as who I requested. I didn't change my appt , but you changed my cleaner!!! I didn't appreciate you pulling one over on me!!! You agreed to send who I requested, I didn't make you do that!!!!! It won't happen again!

The service technicians are amazing and the service that they provide is awesome. As far as the communication through the office, that's another story. I scheduled for Saturday from an arrival time of 1-4. I was contacted Saturday morning around 10 asking if the tech could come between 11 and 2 because they had a cancellation. I let them know I needed to call my fiancee and see if he could get off. I called the main # three times and left 2 vms saying that we would switch. Well then I got a call back saying they had already filled the spot and we would go back to our normal time of 1-4. I informed the representative that I had been trying to get ahold of someone for 30 mins, but kept gettingetting a cm and that my fiancee had left work early to get there early because of the cancelation. This has happened themail last 3 times we have used this company.
