Great customer service! I had to change something last minute and not only did they accommodate but they communicated the change to the cleaning crew very quickly.

You are more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies however during previous cleaning visits to my home I felt the time spent doing the job and thoroughness warranted the extra cost. This time it seemed like the technician didn't spend the same time and effort as previous technicians. I had to remind him to do risers on the staircase. If this is the new level of service I will have to think twice about using or recommending your company in the future.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The technician ended up being able to come early which was great. He was very courteous and efficient during the cleaning. He listed to our concerns and provided excellent service. Our carpets have never looked better!
