Malo did a great job and help expedite the drying process on the carpets by going over them a little bit further with the vacuum device. He was very pleasant and thorough. I may request him when we have our next cleaning.

Having a gated community does create occasional problems. However all is well that ends well.

The two men that came to our condo arrived early, were very friendly and completed the job in less time than planned. Best of all, the carpet looked outstanding and better than we expected 10-year old carpet ever could. My wife and I highly recommend Zerorez.

IMO carpets could have been cleaner and smell should have been better. I may be old school but for price paid for service I felt like my carpets could have been cleaner.
Efficient way cleaning was performed
Crew was timely, courteous and worked fast with great results! The carpet looks new again. Very impressed with the service.
My carpets look great after they are cleaned by Zerorez and they don't use chemicals that smell or leave residue.

The carpet was very clean although the walk in closet took three days to dry, after we got out an old fan we had stores away it was dry. The kitchen tile is super clean we had it sealed. It took me a week to adjust to the the milky look afterwards, now I love it. The wonderful gentleman, the music man, was very kind and good at his job.
