Loved the promptness, professionalism and the knowledge of the technician we had. He was on time, very polite and informative with the process and products used. Loved the orange bumpers used to protect our walls and furnishings from any damage the hoses may have caused.

Our tech was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, yet efficient. I could not BELIEVE what bad shape our carpets were in until he started cleaning them. It is a week later now and they still look wonderful and stains that I thought were permanent have not resurfaced so I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them. The price, compared to others, has been the most affordable yet and there were absolutely no hidden prices.
I was impressed that your comp. have the plastic corner protectors for protecting my door corners, and hall corners, keeping the wood work. Why anyone else have not thought of this, (including myself).

Outstanding customer service. We were very pleased with our carpets and the professional attitude of the young man who performed the service.
Tenants had to have a different professional re-clean the carpets because a strong pet odor was still present after zerorez cleaned it. Grout was still stained after you cleaned it twice. At this point a refund of some sort seems to be the only resolution.
Your service is top notch. From calling to remind me about my appointment to calling me when you were 20 minutes away. The tech was very professional and courteous. You now have a customer for life.
