Very professional, dependable and the work is excellent in quality. Definitely will use in the future. Had tile cleaned and seal and it looks like it did the day it was installed. Carpet turned out very well, too...Like the fact that there's no chemicals or detergent used.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and in both cases, I've been totally pleased with the service from call for appointment, to the punctuality of the rep, to the results of the cleaning.

Excellent and timely service!Superior knowledge of technician(Brad)as well as his ability to explain benefits of Zerorez products.Brad also asked us to call him if we had any question or issue. We had a stain that he removed & was satisfactory; however, when completely dried it slightly reappeared.I did call & he came the next day.It turned out to be a "PH" issue which he treated. Also the ladies that schedule are extremely courteous.My carpets look amazing thanks to Brad! Highly recommend!

I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED BRAD AND ZACH TO A NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND. THE PRODUCT / CARPETS WERE VERY CLEAN AND SMELL CLEAN. THEY WERE ALSO NOT SOGGY WET AND DRYED ETREMLY QUICKLY. BRAD AND ZACH WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY WERE A GREAT TEAM. IT was a pleasant experience. I will only use Zerorez from now on.

Zerorez service people are very helpful and knowledgeable in keeping our carpets in good shape, in spite of the hard use we give our carpeted areas because of a wheelchair.
