My tech Ivan was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. He left my house spotless which has not been the case with other carpet cleaning services I have used. He was personable, professional and friendly. Ivan thoroughly explained everything he was doing as well as how the Zerorez process works. He is a definite asset to this company. Quality of the cleaning products and service.
The tech was very knowledgeable, arrived on time, etc. but the area in front of my coffee table (I had moved the table out of the room)did not clean up very well. I have used Chem Dry in the past and their cleaning solution/equipment did a better job cleaning the carpet.
This is the second time I've hired Zerorez- last time for carpets and upholstery, this time for cleaning and sealing tile. Spencer did a great job, was very professional and gave me detailed information he thought I should know about certain areas. The floors are spotless. Thank you!
