Stop pitching your products when the tech arrives
I think everything went well. Although the technician explained prior to cleaning the carpets that some of the areas may not clean up well, I was expecting a little better results. The scheduling person and technician was professional and did their respective jobs well.

Your service is easy to use and on time. I have always been very happy with the results. I have tried other services in the past and was not very happy with the results, don't waste your time and money. I have dogs and cats and kids, they make my floors look like all I do is clean!

Technician backed truck up to garage door and heat from truck exhaust burned large shrub next to roll up garage door. Do not know if this large landscape plant will recover. Badly burned. Also, left much staining on driveway from water. Don't know what he emptied or spilled, but it resulted in stains on concrete. Wanted clean floors, but not at cost of my landscape that I have spent considerable money and time on.

This was the second time I used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and love the fact that they are always early. A courtesy call asking if they can come early is always greatly appreciated. I was unable to be there and was happy when Ben offered to move some furniture around. My father is elderly and couldn't do it himself and it was a great help to have Ben there. Thanks again for providing excellent customer service. I will be a customer for life!!
Cleanliness of carpet.
The technician, Ben, was very, very good. Your scheduling and pre-visit was excellent but after the carpet dried, I found numerous "spots" that did not come out with the cleaning. I hand cleaned them and they all came out. Your people are excellent but I now question the effectiveness of the cleaning process. This was my second time to use you. I don't remember any issues with the first cleaning a couple of years ago and hope for the franchisee's sake that the process is solid and effective and that my recent experience was an anomaly. I wish the Jacksonville franchise the best!
Thre result is great. Keenan from Zerorez is polite and did a great job to clean my carpet. I have another appointment with Zerorez on May 28th. Hope he will be the one who come to clean my old carpet.
