I really like how the carpet dries quickly and no heavy chemical smells.
I stopped using other carpet cleaning services 8 years ago after using Zerorez the first time.
My carpets are clean, and I feel good about that.
The service man was friendly, prompt, and did his work quickly. The work was done quickly and he did not oversell the products that he thought would be helpful. Very positive experience!

Great service and excellent result
When the person came to clean the rug they didn't put any covers on their dirty shoes and when they went upstairs they stained our rug. When he cleaned our tile he didn't do a good job there are large areas of grout that are still as if it was never cleaned and for $175 for such a small space that's pretty ridiculous. I also had to clean the tile 3 times to get a horrible residue off of it which was extremely annoying. Overall he was just dirty he got a lot of water on our carpet while cleaning our tile it was pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. I would have given you 0 stars, but he had a good demeanor and personality and the grout that was cleaned correctly looks good. Way over priced for the work and for the fact I had to put work in. I was so annoyed by his dirty demeanor I decided not to have our tile upstairs cleaned because I was afraid he would ruin our stairs and hallway carpet.
The tech, Mitch, was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was quick and well done.

Professional technicians and safe product for my child.
No residue
Robert, technician, worked with us in obtaining the service we had been led to believe we were getting. Office personnel needs to provide additional information regarding specific stains that would be additional charge! Unfortunately, the stains we were charged additionally for have come back. I have another appointment set up for Wednesday AM to reclean those specific areas.
