Your personnel were very considerate of my home and me. Everything looks great/clean and no sticky residue (which was the case when using other companies) when I ran the vacuum over the carpets. I could not believe how great the tile looks (didn't realize how dirty it was). I will definitely use only your company in the future. Thank you.
The thoroughness and service
The carpet looks good. The couch, however, is still not clean. You sent someone out a second time and the tech told me that sometime cotton doesn't clean as well. This should have been told to me the first time and before I paid $200.00. I am not happy about this.
