On time and very professional
The cleaner used to clean my grout were nature based and not chemical.
We were pleased with the follow up from Keenen and Dave after I had called. We did not have a walk through with Robert nor did he cover the wall corners. Our water closet was a mess where papers had fallen off the wall and the print color came off on the floor. I had to hand clean it to get the dye off the floor. After Dave came out the floors looked so much better. A. C. Last name removed

Robert was great, however I wasnt thrilled with the actual cleaning. Someone is coming out again to try a second time. I appreciate the customer support on this issue.

I like the soap less cleaning. I had an excellent technician, Gary, and he was on time, removed all the stains I showed him, and very courteous.
I was so happy with the way the Tech came in and explained how he was going to take care of my home. He did an amazing job and the carpets look brand new. I have told all my family and friends about him and Zerorez. Thank you!
