Green products, wonderful service
This cleaning wasn't like the one I had years ago. Wondering if your process has changed or maybe the dirt was just too ground in. The young man who came out was courteous, almost to a fault. Content with results as it is what it is but honestly disappointed as I thought that it would look better. Again, it is what it is.

Your upsell strategy has lost you this customer. I'd like to clean my carpets at least quarterly and know the rate. I am a repeat customer and have paid a different rate every time. $150 is infinitely reasonable as my home is well maintained. I was quoted just under $150 for last week's service but the tech observer my area rug wasn't 9x7 as I had guessed, rather 12x9. For this I was charged an extra $40. It took the tech less than 60 seconds to drag his cleaning apparatus over the incremental rug area. I should note I wasn't discounted for a room of carpet that has two queen beds covering most of the room. The double standard is insulting.
The clean you provide is great, but I believe in a good service for a fair fee. I asked the young lady who took my payment over the phone if this upcharge could be reconsidered but was dismissed. Be assured I will share my reservations and warning about ZeroRez will my peers. Disappointed.
