It is always quick and the citrus is a great smell. We have always been pleased with the results. Not so much this time. There was a coffee stain. While he was here it seemed to go away. Looked great. However, when it dried the stain was back.
On time and professional
Many spots reappeared less than 24 hours after being treated. I would like for them to be retreated at no extra cost.

We were pleasantly surprised that the products and procedure did NOT leave a wet sticky mess! There was no residue nor was the carpet wet for 8 hours like conventional carpet cleaning. And the pet treatment (we have cats) was phenomenal. No lingering smell of "wet urine" or visible spots :)
I have used many different reputable carpet cleaning companies. Nothing compares to the quality of work your company does. Carpet dries quickly as well. Service is amazing. Gary has done our carpets many times. He is always on time and very professional and helpful.

Might add -that although I didn't pursue that day, but will be seriously considering his suggestion (w/ demonstrating what results I could expect to see) that I pursue cleaning the grout in kitchen and hallway. Well done, Zach!
