That you don't use tap water.
I like the fact that your products are natural and leaves carpet smelling so fresh.
Also my technician Robert was efficient, friendly and very informative.
In liked the fact that there is no residue left on the carpets. Your technician was very knowledgeable of the product which I was very impressed by. He explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had.
MJ did a wonderful job- My husband and I were both impressed with his professionalism and work ethic.
The cleaner gentleman was fabulous, very helpful, courteous, respectful. But the carpet really didn't look much cleaner when he was done, at no fault of his own. Perhaps I was expecting too much.
Did not use soap. Carpet had a very nice feel after being cleaned. Ben gave us excellent service.

My carpets looked new after they were cleaned. Great job! I especially liked the technician, Zachary, who did my cleaning. He was prompt, even a little early(he called and asked if it was ok to be early), and was so friendly that he felt just like family.

You were very prompt in being able to come clean my carpets. Technician was courteous, explained things well and did a super job, even going the extra mile to clean the arm of my lazy boy chair in master bedroom which had a water stain on it from my attempt of cleaning it.
