From the time I made the appointment to the end product, this company has been completely professional. Garret showed up on time, was courteous, thorough and highly efficient. I could not be any happier. And my carpet is so clean!

Green products, wonderful service
This cleaning wasn't like the one I had years ago. Wondering if your process has changed or maybe the dirt was just too ground in. The young man who came out was courteous, almost to a fault. Content with results as it is what it is but honestly disappointed as I thought that it would look better. Again, it is what it is.

Your upsell strategy has lost you this customer. I'd like to clean my carpets at least quarterly and know the rate. I am a repeat customer and have paid a different rate every time. $150 is infinitely reasonable as my home is well maintained. I was quoted just under $150 for last week's service but the tech observer my area rug wasn't 9x7 as I had guessed, rather 12x9. For this I was charged an extra $40. It took the tech less than 60 seconds to drag his cleaning apparatus over the incremental rug area. I should note I wasn't discounted for a room of carpet that has two queen beds covering most of the room. The double standard is insulting.
The clean you provide is great, but I believe in a good service for a fair fee. I asked the young lady who took my payment over the phone if this upcharge could be reconsidered but was dismissed. Be assured I will share my reservations and warning about ZeroRez will my peers. Disappointed.

They did a wonderful job, and not only is my carpet cleaner, (the carpet is old, and was badly stained, but it became much cleaner than I thought possible, and no crunchy residue!) the Zerorez representatives were both friendly and very efficient. I could not have asked for a better outcome.
The stains in my family room carpet are not only back, They are very discolored. HELP!!!!

System does not leave soap residue which attracts dirt. The house had a pleasant aroma when work was done. Carpet dried quickly.

Thanks for asking. I had given my husbands cell for contact before arrival - I was called and was out of town. I called my husband. Minor thing, but wonder what happened with the info I shared.
One other suggestion - 2 different answers from staff regarding potential 2nd cleaning to address lingering pet urine smell in carpet. Perhaps this is a "specialty" request and only some know the protocol for servicing. I did understand the initial cleaning may not "fix" my problem. Appreciate the follow up conversation about a second cleaning not being successful. Didn't spend extra money.
