Carpets were very clean, smelled fresh, not sticky. This was fourth time I have used Zerorez in 4 different places.
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job and made me feel comfortable having him in my home.
Some of the cushions of our couches were not vacuumed completely.

There was residual detergent left on the chair I had cleaned. The guy picked it up yesterday and was supposed to drop it off at 9 AM today. We received a phone call at 9 AM from him saying he was on his way. Running late is ok it just would've been nice to get a heads up. When trying to figure out a time that he could drop it off he wasn't very helpful, stating I guess we'll just keep it. No apology or anything. In my one of work that falls under bad customer service. I just hope the 5-6 window for this afternoon goes a little better.
The serviceman was prompt and did a good job. They were friendly and efficient.
Prompt arrival time, my rugs and upholstery were cleaned to my satisfaction. Friendly technician explained procedure, etc.
Zerorez always tries to do a good job. Their representatives are very helpful.
We prefer the cleaning method used by Zerorez over other companies. For this particular visit, we were very pleased at the service as the technician did everything he could to remove a particular stain out of one the carpet areas. Plus, both bathroom floors were cleaned and the tile looks brand-new. We really appreciate all your efforts!
