The man who cleaned my carpet was very interested in solving my post hurricane problem and did a wonderful job of putting everything back together. The carpet looks brand new. I could not have asked for more.
The first service I received was great which was why I decided to use you again. The second however was sketchy at best. I really do appreciate the effort to fix it and the gesture to give me a partial refund. I did not accept the refund as I am a business owner as well and understand some of the challenges that are faced. Thank you for coming back out and making things right at my office I do appreciate it.

Your service was excellent and was able to remove stains from the carpet that I was worried were permanent. The Zerorez cleaning specialist was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job in a timely manner.
