Very professional Customer service
Very easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and the carpet cleaner was professional and polite. He arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what he would do and offered a couple of up-charge services that I accepted and was pleased with the results. I am happy with my carpets and will definitely use Zerorez again as well as recommend to my friends and family.

You guys came and cleaned my new house and my old condo and did an amazing job. Stains I thought were permanent were easily removed and the technicians were top notch, knowledgeable, friendly and professional!
