You were very prompt in being able to come clean my carpets. Technician was courteous, explained things well and did a super job, even going the extra mile to clean the arm of my lazy boy chair in master bedroom which had a water stain on it from my attempt of cleaning it.
On time, fast friendly service, carpets look and smell clean, and are fast drying.

The floors look great! Except there were a couple of areas that didn't get clean around the edges so it is obvious where those places are. But overall it looks great!
