service and the quality of work
The gentleman did a very good job with the cleaning. However he did not move any small furniture such as end tables, ottomans, etc., which I thought was part of the process.
The carpets came out very clean and smells terrific. The product didn't make furniture fabric bleed or stain the walls.
Clean smell, no residue, the difference it makes in appearance, how quickly it drys. I have COPD and asthma and does not bother me. Excellent product. Professional service personal

First of all, the cleaner was very courteous and understood the products and service offerings thoroughly. I asked about additional services (like cleaning the tile bathroom floors) and he readily gave an estimate and we agreed to do it. Also I asked about pet stains and he walked the entire area and again gave an informed decision about the best way to approach it - all reasonably priced. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to others and will use again. The carpet has never looked better. My only regret is that I only had $15 on me for a tip - I would have given him $40 so please provide this young man with a bonus! Thanks for your complete and satisfactory service - Steve

Robert was the technician who came out to clean the upholstery and he was amazing. He kept me informed of what he was doing and how each treatment would work to protect my couch. Additionally he gave me good information on how to treat any other spills or accidents in the future. He was polite, efficient and quick. I bought the couch used and it looks new after the cleaning! I intend on booking again in the near future to have my tile cleaned and sealed as well!

We called and go the appointment time we requested. The young man, Zack Fonda, arrived early. He was very professional in everything he did for us. The cleaning of our carpets and tile, along with some area rugs, was outstanding! Compared to the job another cleaner did approximately a year ago, Zerorez and Zack were markedly superior. Some stains that were removed were still there when the previous firm did our carpet. We will definitely call Zerorez the next time we need our house cleaned. Our home has a "new feel" again.

First time with Zerorez. I don't mind saying I was apprehensive. Hearing radio commercials is one thing but services/products are not always what are promised. Zerorez exceeded my expectations. Price quoted was the actual price. Our carpet is 15+ years old. It looks cleaner & brighter compared to what we experienced in the past with other rug cleaning services.
