You have been doing our carpets for a long time. You do a great job and your people are first class.
Very happy with the quality of the service and the price! I not only use Zerorez for my large business carpets, but also now for my home!
Simply put, loved the end result. Carpet looked great, and no terrible residue. Carpet feels soft after cleaning, not my usual experience with other services.

Allan or Adam that came to my house was professional and made me feel very comfortable. He walked me through the rugs and stains and recommend a protective seal be put on. The floors look fantastic and now also protected from my 2 boys under 4 yrs old!!
I like the no residue feel on the carpet. The citrus smell was a little strong at first but did go away completely by the time it was dry.
I like the fact that you use non-toxic products. I was very satisfied with the work that was done at my home.
The 2 rooms that had pet treatment smell great. The one without (no urine in the carpet) smelled like wet dog for a day, so I don't think the reg deodorizer was strong enough for my carpet.

We like that you do a great job and do not try to upsell us on things we do not need or cannot afford at the time. We are on a very tight budget and are not able to do our entire house every time. So we wait until you have the specials and we work within our budget and have the carpet cleaned. Like I said before you do not try to pressure sell us things we really cannot afford at the time. This is why we will continue to use only Zeroez.

Smells great and looks 100% better. I had a lot of stains and the service technician was honest about the fact that he probably couldn't get them all out but would do his best.
I think that Zerorez does a superb job on our carpets. The technicians always explain what they are applying and how they deal with the high traffic sections which are darker due to foot oils and shoe grime. This year our technician was M.J. he was really nice and a true professional. Our carpets look brand new again and the room always smells good after the treatments almost like a citrus smell. Thank you to Zerorez for a Job Well Done!

The Zerorez Rep. Zac was very polite and very professional. He did an excellent job. He explained in great detail what he was going to do, the Zerorez process and the total cost in an itemized fashion.
We brought your service in again to treat a small amount of blood on carpet. After the carpet was cleaned and dried, there was no change to the blood stains. It look exactly the same. We have used your service several time in past year for blood, which had been treated and dried for several weeks before you arrive and it came out. This time it was only the 3rd day after the event and we did not treat the area ourselves as directed by Zerorez & the results were extremely disappointing, no improvement to the stains.

You can really tell when they are finished that it was done, some companies it looks good for about a day then goes back to the original. Zerorez has gotten out all of our stains and problem areas and it stays that way for a long time!
