First & perhaps foremost, We appreciated the professionalism & courtesy of the Zerorez technician, Zach Fonda. Zach proved to be a fine representative of the company.

On time and professional
The Service Representative Mitchell was excellent. He took the time to explain things to me and worked very hard to ensure that I was completely satisfied. My carpets looked and smelled great. I have already shared my experience with others and will continue to refer people to zerorez!
Do not send out a feedback form and reminder prior to when the service was completed. In addition, each Email that was sent repeated all the information when only a date was needed. Attention to detail implies quality. Unfortunately, your auto-response system contradicts the "quality" your company states is its goal resulting in lowering my expectations of which you met.
Employees are courteous, clean and professional. They have always done a great job.

The first time my carpet was cleaned the guy did awesome job but he got another job and another tech came out and he was good but just not as good as the first. I even got a redo but I wasn't completely satisfied like the first time.

Obviously the fact that you are using water and not a lot of chemicals makes a big difference. The look and feel of the final result is also a big plus.
