Arrived on time. Conscientious worker. They do not make claims they can't deliver on. They did a nice job of cleaning carpets.

Robert was the technician who came out to clean the upholstery and he was amazing. He kept me informed of what he was doing and how each treatment would work to protect my couch. Additionally he gave me good information on how to treat any other spills or accidents in the future. He was polite, efficient and quick. I bought the couch used and it looks new after the cleaning! I intend on booking again in the near future to have my tile cleaned and sealed as well!
Products were great, finished project was wonderful, but the technician was awesome. He explained everything and was so very polite! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a job well done. Thank you

We called and go the appointment time we requested. The young man, Zack Fonda, arrived early. He was very professional in everything he did for us. The cleaning of our carpets and tile, along with some area rugs, was outstanding! Compared to the job another cleaner did approximately a year ago, Zerorez and Zack were markedly superior. Some stains that were removed were still there when the previous firm did our carpet. We will definitely call Zerorez the next time we need our house cleaned. Our home has a "new feel" again.

First time with Zerorez. I don't mind saying I was apprehensive. Hearing radio commercials is one thing but services/products are not always what are promised. Zerorez exceeded my expectations. Price quoted was the actual price. Our carpet is 15+ years old. It looks cleaner & brighter compared to what we experienced in the past with other rug cleaning services.

Well, the man who came out first to give me an estimate was about half of what we were charged by the man who did the work because he said he was using a treatment for animal stains .but double??? He was very nice but got to thinking about it when he left..we thought we were charged quite a bit for what he did...little disappointed! So many companies out there having specials
Felt the carpet cleaner explained your cleaning processes better than other companies, felt the price was reasonable, felt the job was well done, and enjoyed the fact that it was natural.
The main technician was very courteous, and he took care with the objects in the home in which he was working, and did a great job (He does deserve a 10 rating!) I cannot give zerorez a 10 this year as I felt extremely pressured into having to buy the extra service of the protectant put on my carpets/furniture after the cleaning which I finally did purchase because I felt almost threatened to not accept it. I did not care for the helper (who supposedly was 'learning the trade) because he used such high pressure to purchase the protectant care. Since I did purchase the protectant because the helper tech told me my carpets/furniture will stay cleaner much longer, I will not have to call zerorez to return next summer, but rather in 2018 instead.
EVERYTHING!! Carpets are not left with that "crunchy" feeling after drying, and the tiles are always left sparkling. Service is always prompt and professional.
