harmless chemicals
I like the no residue & only slightly wet carpets when you are done
Our carpets were very pet stained, and we were not very optimistic about how they would turn out. We are extremely pleased and Robert, our technician, went above and beyond to do the very best he could. They look so much better than we thought they ever could.
No detergents.
The carpets look great. I like the fact that there weren't chemicals. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job.

Your personnel were very considerate of my home and me. Everything looks great/clean and no sticky residue (which was the case when using other companies) when I ran the vacuum over the carpets. I could not believe how great the tile looks (didn't realize how dirty it was). I will definitely use only your company in the future. Thank you.
The thoroughness and service
The carpet looks good. The couch, however, is still not clean. You sent someone out a second time and the tech told me that sometime cotton doesn't clean as well. This should have been told to me the first time and before I paid $200.00. I am not happy about this.
