I like that your technicians use the correct amount of cleaning solution/spot remover to clean the carpets and they do a good job of not leaving the carpets too wet. The technicians are courteous and professional and get the job done quickly and without damaging anything in the house.

Our service technician was on time, polite and friendly and dds a good job although the master bedroom carpet still had two stains left. We have worked on those spots with our zerorez formula and it is better.
Ben was on time and very professional in his manner. He made sure that I was satisfied thoroughly before he moved on to the next area. I asked for Ben this time, and will use him again.
Rack the carpet afterwards to bring up the nap, spend more time on the traffic areas.

I was surprised that the small fire extinguisher and my dog's water and food bowls were not moved by tech. My sister and I moved other items in rest of house ourselves. Just surprised that those two small items were not moved!
I like that the cleaning process doesn't use harsh chemicals and there is no odor afterward.

The stains do not soak through.
First the tech called ahead to let us know he was on the way, and he was on time. Garrett was very nice and polite and gave us the final price before starting. The precautions he put in place to protect the stairway was just part of his way to provide a good service. He answered all our questions and advised us on other services available.We are pleased with his work.
