Thanks for asking. I had given my husbands cell for contact before arrival - I was called and was out of town. I called my husband. Minor thing, but wonder what happened with the info I shared.

One other suggestion - 2 different answers from staff regarding potential 2nd cleaning to address lingering pet urine smell in carpet. Perhaps this is a "specialty" request and only some know the protocol for servicing. I did understand the initial cleaning may not "fix" my problem. Appreciate the follow up conversation about a second cleaning not being successful. Didn't spend extra money.

Obviously the fact that you are using water and not a lot of chemicals makes a big difference. The look and feel of the final result is also a big plus.
