Arrived on time, good job and professional service.
Technician was entirely professional. My carpets look brighter and cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company has managed to get them. Would definitely use again. Even cleaned an area rug over wood floors. The underneath of the rug stayed dry, preventing me from having to move the rug to another location. Thanks Zerorez!

I have had 3-4 carpet cleaners come and clean my carpet in the 7 years I have owned my home. For me, there is NO OTHER carpet cleaner besides Zerorez!!! I don't see how other carpet cleaners can stay in business. Ivan came to my house. My dog LOVED him and I did too!!! He was very nice and VERY professional! You are extremely lucky to have someone like that working in your organization. He did a wonderful job and was happy to do it! Excellent service!!!
