Quality service technician. Somewhat high of a price, but worth it. Job was done well, but in a relatively short period of time.
I had the pleasure of meeting Keenan. Very professional young man. I can see the pride he takes in making sure the customer is absolutely happy with the service. I had all my tiles cleaned and sealant added. I had no idea how sealant was applied - on hands and knees. He always had a smile on his face as he was working. He definitely is an asset to this company. Next time I need service, I will ask for him. He did an awesome job! :)

This is the first time we have used zerorez and it will be the last. I received a call at 8:30 AM saying there was a problem with fleet vehicles. My appointment had been for 8 Am that morning. I think he arrived about 9:30 AM. He apologized and offered me $30 off scotch guard, a treatment I was not signed up for and did not want. When I asked if he would take $30 off the $129 treatment I had committed to, he said he could not do that. The carpet remained wet for 18 hours after treatment. I am not happy or impressed with Zerorez quality or service. Will not use again.
