We had a couch cleaned, the technician was very knowledgeable. However is hose did leak on my hard wood floor but he was quick to wipe it up but his equipment should not have leaked in the first place! there was not damage but I stayed right there to make sure it was ok.
He did the best he could with the stains on the couch. It does look better now.
They showed up on time and did an excellent job.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue left on the carpets. They look better after being cleaned with Zerorez vs. conventional methods....and they stay cleaner longer.

I love the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals. I wasn't happy with this most recent visit, there were some stains in the dining room walkway that did not come up completely where there was some water damage. But overall it was ok.
