Your techs. are always clean and neat. Not bums allowed. They are always on time or ahead of schedule. Plus the tech. always calls 15 - 20 minutes before they arrived. The techs. are very well trained and understand their business. I have hired Zerorez several times and will continue to use their professional services in the future. I have recommended their services to several friends and colleagues and everyone of them were satisfied with your services!!!! Zerorez is an A+ company!!

Your technicians are always prompt, courteous and do a great job. My carpet looks great after they are cleaned. Unfortunately, my husband spilled coffee on our bedroom carpet the day before cleaning. While the stain disappeared when cleaned, it came back when the carpet dried.
Reason we had the clean was dominant dog odor. Realtors are still getting complaints about dog smells. Please advise on what we can do short of complete rip out of carpet. Thanks for your help.

Just do not feel like it cleaned our carpets. day after you can see the patterns from traffic in our carpets it does not look fresh or smell cleaner.
My tile was cleaned, but the grout looks horrible, it was clean in some spots, other spots don't look touched. I think the tech went to fast, wasn't worth $150. The grout looks moldy now. Disappointed.

Every time you have come to clean my carpets they look great!
Having heard of you initially when coming to Jax and from a reputable source, I thought I'd try your services/products, as knew how others did cleaning w/suds, etc.; I was very pleased with cleaning right afterwards and months later w/initial service when I didn't see dirt/film causing carpet to not look clean. Since 2015 after a few years of hiatus, I decided to have an annual cleaning process to help prolong life of carpets. With recent cleaning, I liked that the person on the phone/technician were informative, as before, and there was no questions about the process, product, and my bill before starting the cleaning process. Walking w/the technician around rooms, etc. needing cleaning, his asking questions, checking for heavy/stained areas, and noting the heavily used paths w/the need to clean these areas well, I appreciate the thoroughness. A few days later now after vacuuming when thoroughly dried, I'm still content/satisfy with the end results being fresh, clean carpet areas. Thank you!
