Service was great. The technician was friendly, helpful and provided useful information. However, a "stain of unknown origin" appeared this morning in the bedroom carpet that was not seen before. Since I don't know what it can be, I hope you can treat it. (about 10-12" in the middle of the room)

Got carpets clean and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff. They did offer the scotch guard but they didn't pull the scam of saying they can't clean spots without paying extra for them or worn areas. They did a great job and were nice.

We had a couch cleaned, the technician was very knowledgeable. However is hose did leak on my hard wood floor but he was quick to wipe it up but his equipment should not have leaked in the first place! there was not damage but I stayed right there to make sure it was ok.
He did the best he could with the stains on the couch. It does look better now.

I like the fact that there is no soap residue left on the carpets. They look better after being cleaned with Zerorez vs. conventional methods....and they stay cleaner longer.

I love the courteous staff, Attention to detail. And the organic nature of the products. The service person was knowledgable about the products and equipment he was using and took the time to explain what he was doing.
My carpets seem to clean up well without any residue or toxic chemicals. The staff and carpet technicians are very nice.
