Worked great on my tile and grout
No residual cleaner and smell.
The process was very fast and my carpet and sofa look very clean. Spencer was my technician and he was professional and helpful in explaining the process.
professional, done right the first time and in a timely fashion, the stains do come out of the carpet no matter how long they have been on the floor. grout of the tile comes clean and bright. after treatment the carpets don't feel wet and don't require a fan to dry.
I think they took care of the problem the second timr, but my tenant said the carpet guy was not very professional when he talked with her and at first she was afraid to hav ed him in her house. I told her I thought it would be ok and she said he did a good job but mayb ed a little more professional manner with everyone.

Every stain that I have had on my carpet has been removed without any extra or added cost. This is my third year using zerores and I am a customer for life. Extremely happy.

Took 8x10 carpet in to be cleaned. One of our cats started using it as its private litter box. Really bad but Zeroez not only cleaned the carpet but got all of the pet urine smell out. Thanks for all your help, job was completed in the time frame they promised.

The no residue aspect and the professionalism of Ben 2 weeks ago and Will, 2 days ago. Both hard workers, no hard sell but explained services. Will cleaned some very bad stains. The rugs look like new! Thanks so much for jobs well done.
Ben was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. However the supervisor who came by was not as professional. When you enter someone's home, you need to introduce yourself to the customer. We liked Ben, but we can not say the same for the supervisor.
