The gentleman who came to do our tile cleaning and sealing is terrific. He also cleaned our carpets last year. He is professional, courteous and neat.
It was easy to schedule service, the technician came exactly on time and nicely explained how the process worked. It took him about an hour to get our three story town house complete and the smell was fresh and pleasant afterwards. A great quality of services.

The tech didn't clean the master bedroom closet even though I had everything pulled out of it and it was vacuumed. Also there is a residue that smells, right by the door in one of the kids rooms. As if it was complete.

Revisit the minimum job amount due to clients in the Yulee, Florida area. It is not as cost effective when you have to add more cleaning work than you wanted to meet the minimum job requirement. No card or magnet left for future reference/recommendation...with an e-mail receipt it really leaves no convenient way to keep Zerorez in records for future needs.
Thorough service - down to placing a dryer to help expedite the drying process. The product you use has a great clean/fresh scent.
