We have been using Zerorez for almost 10 years...two different homes. Usually, our carpets end up looking brand new after a cleaning. This time, not only did the serviceman take a very long time...the carpets only looked mediocre. Just not the quality we are used to with Zerorez.
The information on pricing as well as service procedure that was given to me by the woman on the phone was different from that given to me by the tech who cleaned the carpet. He checked on price and did charge almost what she had quoted as opposed to the increased rate he had told me. He did a good job, was helpful, polite, etc.

Was told that my carpets could not be cleaned in high traffic areas. Carpets still look dirty, had to "argue" with the tech who came out. Tech never asked us any specific questions, and he went as fast as he possibly could to get done with the job. Paid for pet stuff, not sure what was put down, but it made the house smell good for a day, then when carpets dried, they feel really rough and still smell. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of white residue left on tile floor after it dried I had to damp wipe it all up. Boot prints left on stairs to upstairs I had to wipe off. He was extremely nice and friendly. Nice guy. But I did have to clean up behind him later on.
