Service was prompt and quick!

The service was great - I called about 8:30 indicating a needed rugs cleaned very quickly and I had an appointment for 1-4 the same day...that was awesome! The technician arrived even earlier, around noon, and he was great, he reviewed what we needed done and made sure we understood the results, especially the tile grout that was not sealed. We had an area rug and two matching smaller rugs cleaned and it took A DAY AND A HALF to dry, even with fans blowing on them and the smaller rugs on the porch in the sun with ceiling fans on. They are thick shag rugs and I think they would have looked better if more of the water were vacuumed out of them, they seem clean but are 'dingey' instead of bright. The citrus-based cleaner had a VERY strong scent and it gave me a severe headache. Not the fault of zerorez, but for that reason I don't think I can use zerorez again - I will let friends know of the friendly, quick service and also be sure they know of the citrus based cleaner in case they may be sensitive to it too.

We have ver high traffic areas having 3 dogs, Zerorez exceeded my expectations in cleaning our carpets. They look amazing!!! The staff was very professional and personable. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Never been disappointed with results. Rep was neatly dressed in uniform, very polite and respectful. Never has Zerorez been disruptive to home. They're the best and I will call again. They are not trying to sell you something like others do. Also, we will request Austin again. Very nice young man.

Excellent, timely, and appropriately priced service. Friendly technician and appointment setter. I needed service the day I contacted Zerorez,while at the time I called they did not have an opening... when one came available service they contacted me and was able to meet my needs.
Although my dryer vent couldn't get cleaned out because they didn't have a ladder tall enough I was very happy with the adjustment of the price to spot clean and clean some grout. I was also very happy that the serviceman was honest enough to tell me my ductwork was very clean and probably didn't need it. That raised my level of trust with Zerorez tremendously. Great work and very professional.

We have used ZeroRez many times and this is the first time that a spot in the dinning room was not removed. It was a spot that prior to ZeroRez coming out was not there. I was surprised and disappointed.
