You do a great job at cleaning and don't up charge like the awful companies in Mint Mag.
The technician was great, showed up on time, very polite and courteous. He explained your products and pricing quite clearly. He did 4 rooms for us. 3-4 are great. We had cat urine in one of the rooms and it did not come clean. Had it not been for that room, I would not have hesitated to give a 10.

Brad did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results! The only question we have is when will our carpet be completely dry?
Brad left here over 30 hours ago and we are still unable to put the furniture back because the carpet is still somewhat damp...
1. I had a area rug cleaned and it was so saturated with water it would not dry and it started to sink up my room so i ended up having to throw it away. But the worst thing is two days after they cleaned i started having so these spots come back as if whatever was used just attracted dirt so now all the spots are magnified. Not very happy at all.

The person who came out was very courteous and professional and arrived right on the results of the cleaning were excellent.
I appreciate the courteous technicians and their attention to and respect for my home and cleaning needs. Love the clean citrus smell of the pre-treat product. I also appreciate that my carpets were cleaned thoroughly, yet quickly. Zerorez does a great job!
