Very professional and efficient and follow through was amazing
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was also a big plus that the carpet was cleaned mid morning and we were able to walk on it barefooted by 6:00 that evening - it had dried completely - and we have very thick pile carpet!
Our couches and chairs still have the vacuum lines that show different colors - meaning you can see where the dirt was lifted and where it wasn't as well as It simply does not look clean. This furniture is only a few months old and just very disappointed with the outcome :-(

I like the concept of not coating carpets with soap, and not soaking the carpets with water. I like the fact that even old stains left after cleaning by another company were removed. The technician was polite and efficient.

I am very satisfied with Zerorez. My only concern is that the technician, Robert, is very high pressure regarding sales. He repeatedly tried to sell protective sealing for my carpets as well as grout cleaning for my tile. I told him clearly that I just wanted the carpets cleaned. This happened on Robert's previous visit as well.

the technician was friendly, but the cleaning was not what I expected. We used zerorez in Minnesota and they were very effective. Here the tile cleaning was not to the edges. In foyer a brown spot was not removed was told it would not come up I removed it witn a fingernail.
I will not recommend zerorez to anyone
