This is my first time using Zerorez FL but I'm a long time Zerorez MN customer. The technician did a good job but my family room carpet still smells like dog, feet, dirt, etc. I watched him clean it so I'm not sure why it still smells! The carpet is only 7 months old!
I was thoroughly impressed with the gentleman who came to provide the service I requested. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and had lots of tips for me. He also provided information regarding the tile in my house. I think his name was Rob he was a marine. When I call to schedule the tile I will request him. My carpet looks outstanding as well.
Carpets stay looking great for months. The technician was so nice..explained everything and no surprises..he was very professional
