Chris was professional, personable and most of all very diligent on doing the best job possible on our VERY dirty carpets. It was the best cleaning in ten years and there was no smell or residue. Have already recommended him to several friends.

You are VERY friendly and provide great service. But the cleaning has not lasted. I got the carpets cleaned one week ago today. After the cleaning, it looked very good. Today spots that were there prior to cleaning have already resurfaced. Maybe your product would work if the carpet just need minor cleaning, but it doesn't seem to work on carpets that get lots of living.
Products and service is always good, just this time the young fellow was in too much of a hurry.

I would have scrubbed for weeks on my 24 year old RV & not made much of a difference. Brad did an unbelievable job in just 2 hours. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and so polite (& patient) to answer all my questions. This is the one time that something sounding too good to be true REALLY IS TRUE. I will certainly be spreading the word about Zerorez. Thank you very much for providing excellent services for a very reasonable price. p.s. - After Christmas I'll be dropping off some area rugs from my Dad's house so you can work your magic on them.
