Zack was very professional he took a lot of time answering my questions and was quite knowledgeable of the products. He also did a fantastic job of explaining the techniques and process. My carpet, area rugs and tile look and smell amazing. I could actually see the difference as they were being cleaned. I would absolutely recommend and will recommend Zerorez to my friends a family. Carpet Cleaning and personnel. However, Grout Cleaning was just okay.
I called last minute for a service, no appointments available, they asked when I was needing it done by, and squeezed me in!! :D Customer Service, and the technicians who come out have all been wonderful, friendly.. when I walked through the door after my carpets were done, my house smelt great, carpets looked amazing!
Not to mention they always find the best way to save you money!!

Carpets we left very wet. There is still (2 days later) such a heavy chemical(?) odor that my wife has to sleep at her son's house. The technician did do an excellent job with his cleaning and I would like to commend him
