the tech was a very informative guy
Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the extra time to understand our needs and offer several solutions. He was quick and did an excellent job. Our sofa, chairs and carpet look clean and fresh and dried within a few hours. Thank you for helping extend the life of our furniture and carpet. We will be returning customers.
The tech was friendly and professional. He called when he was 20 minutes away. We went through all of the rooms together before and after. I was worried do.e of the stains on the floor would not come out, but they did! I highly recommend Zerorez and will use their services again

The carpet looked very nice. Everyone I spoke with from the company was so professional. I do wish they had cleaned up the dirt they tracked in downstairs on our tile, which I normally wouldn’t care about but we had already had move out cleaning done, but other than that it was a great experience.

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.
A little better estimate of how long it would take the carpet to dry. We were told 8 to 10 hours but it was more like 12 to 14 hours. Also, it may have helped if we'd have been reminded to turn on the ceiling fans. We thought to do so a couple of hour after the cleaning was completed.
All in all we are "5 Star: happy with ZeroRes and with Andrew, the service tech who did the job.
We have been using ZeroRes on our rentals and on our personal residence for several years and plan to continue to do so.

Everything was very easy to set up. The person on the phone who scheduled my appointment and the person who cleaned my carpets were extremely friendly, professional, and good people. The carpet cleaning exceeded our expectations. We thought we would need to buy new carpets, but the cleaning made the carpets look new. Really happy with the service and the entire experience. It feels really nice to have clean carpets without the residue left behind.

Zerorez technicians always arrive on time, are courteous, professional and listen to what we want them to do. The Zerorez method of cleaning always does a good job of getting our carpet clean and, for those especially hard-to-clean spots, the technician uses a spot cleaner to add that little extra needed.
