The stains came right back and when I had the other company come they were able to get rid of them and I think he was in too big of a hurry when he did the work. Very nice guy but did not take his time , I let him know that I had dogs and urine problems and the smell is still as if I never had them cleaned in the 1 room.

I went with Zero because I thought it was like a dry cleaning and it was not so I was also disappointed of that.

I will go back to using who I used before as the work was not as good of a job and I do not think he even put anything down like the other company did for stains.

Zachary did an awesome job cleaning all my home's carpet and Mexican tile kitchen/dining room areas. The tile had not had a thorough cleaning since 1990. Zachary was very steadfast, patient, and meticulous in removing my accumulated grime. It looks amazing! You are very lucky to have this young professional represent the brand Xerorez!

I was satisfied with the cleaning but a black mark was left on the porch rug from one of the machines. Name removed

It was a great experience - Ben was the gentleman that serviced our account and he was very polite, he explained exactly what the process was going to be; he looked at the problem areas and told me the issues with the stain and procedure for taking extra time to make sure the stain would be dealt with properly.

Although we had service late in the day our rugs were sufficiently dry to walk on (in socks) and looked great!

Although our carpets are far from new and do have some wear - Ben thought they were in great shape so we were very pleased to hear that from a professional carpet cleaner.

There was no chemical smell to the procedure so customers need not be afraid of any chemicals that could hurt small pets or children.

We are very satisfied customers!
