I would improve the service by going over traffic areas. I feel that my commercial carpet looks much better but could look even better simply by doing the hallways a second time. I did have my technician redo one hallways and it made a tremendous difference. It is just common sense and I don't understand why he resisted at first. Once I pointed out that it looked 'stripped' - that is 6 inches of clean next to 6 inches of not so clean, he redid the hall with a different wand that puts down more water. It worked so well. There were a couple of other areas that could have used the same thing.

I feel that Zerorez is awesome; it just needs to clean the carpet the way you would your own home. Do the traffic areas twice!

The technician was very friendly, took his time and concentrated on spots we wanted him to the care of, seemed very knowledgeable, and in the end did a wonderful job.

Great techs who know their jobs. The pet spray machine had a power cord that was in such poor shape (crimped, twisted, unsafe) that it tripped my circuit breakers and my gfi outlets in all my bathrooms. Took me two days to figure it out. This was NOT the tech's fault. He was given unsafe equipment.
