My carpets were in my opinion in need of a cleaning. They were soiled and had stains I wasn’t sure would completely come out, but they did. I am very happy with the results. The representative that did the job was very professional and thorough. I had him give me an estimate before he left for a tile job. Will definitely use your company again.

Very helpful in explanation of process. Quick and effecient, carpets look wonderful, and even more important, they smell great!! Dried in seven hours with no problems. Branson, the young man who cleaned them, was awesome!!! Highly recommend!

My initial call to ZeroRez was handle with courteous and professional manner. I asked some questions that were answered thoroughly. I call the next day to schedule may appointment, received a confirmation by email with information of how to prepare my home for the technician.
When our technician Nick arrived at the time scheduled, hw was personable, professional and again provided outstanding Customer Service. He even took the time to thank us for following the directions provided. We were having our Master shower stall, bathroom floor, linoleum flooring in Dining area, Kitchen and Foyer cleaned as well as four rooms with carpet cleaned. Nick prepare the estimate and explained all the details. He immediately began his work and told me he would start with the Master bath and work his way out. He even took the time to show me how well the process was working.
Needless to say, Nick performed an excellent job with the highest level of service. When he was complete, hw went through each room for a quality check.

The representative was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about cleaning my carpet. He was able to remove several pet stains made by my sick cat. He was also efficient, completing all the work in a timely manner.
