Brandon was wonderful! He told us about the many services that is offered. In addition to our rug cleaning we were able to add cleaning of the master bedroom and protectent for each. We'll be in touch to get our granite cleaned and sealed very soon. Thank you for sending Brandon to us!

I like that our carpet isn't soaked with water and soap and that it smells fresh which makes the room smell fresh. The technician's are honest and respectful. No false hope. They give the best and worst case scenarios.

THE TWO MEN THAT CAME TO CLEAN THE CARPET WERE WERE SO NICE AND SO PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE DRESSED PROFESSIONAL, USED THE WHITE BOOTIES OVER THEIR SHOES AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. SO PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY WORKED AND PRESENTED THEMSELVES.

It would be helpful if more water could be extracted, so that a cleaning in the morning is not still damp in some areas at 8 PM, even with air conditioning and fans.

We have used Zerorez in the past and will never use anyone else. The tech that came to our was the best ever. Not only was he very knowledgeable regarding the carpets and cleaning, he was so polite. His name was Zach and it will be him we ask for next time. We have 2 dogs that run in and out all day long and our carpets were awful and once again Zerorez has made them look brand new again and the whole house smells so fresh. They are the best

The Technician did a Great job. We had 4 Area rugs which he cleaned, which had pet odor and he explained he would do his best. He also told us about a service offered by your company to pick area rugs up at take them to your warehouse where you perform Deep Cleaning, how do we set this up as the Pet odor is still there so we need to do the Deep cleaning performed.
