It's been a week later and we still have streaks everywhere. There are light and dark spots where the cleaning apparatus was going back and forth. It's just in the master bedroom, but unfortunately, that's where we spend most of our time.

Prompt service, only a week. Area rug looks great. Had a musty smell. Smell is gone. Will be using again and will have area rug done every year.
You guys usually do a great job, but I'm going to have to call for someone to come back in this time. I think Michael used too much of the liquid stuff, and there are noticeable lines between the cleaned areas and the not-cleaned areas. I have never seen this before. Also, there is a big chalky-looking "stain" on my bedroom carpet, now that it has dried. This area was wetter than the others and I think he put down way too much of the cleaning product or the protectant.
The carpet is clean without a soapy residue. The technician was friendly and completed the job in a timely manner.

The person that came was awesome. Great customer service and I liked the fact that he put booties on his shoes. Also loved that the products he used aren't harmful to my kids or my dog. Would definitely use you guys again!
